Supplies and Equipment for 2026, order by 7 December 2025 to receive all available items in time for the commencement of the new school year.
The College requires each student to Bring Your Own Device. Information on which devices are suitable, can be found here .

Device Onboarding Sessions - From Friday 22 January 2026 - Friday 30 January 2026 - Our IT Team will be onboarding all new students and their devices. This process takes approximately 15 mins and requires both the student and the device to attend the College Schofields Campus for the onboarding. Please schedule your Device Onboarding Session here Macbook Enrolment Bookings . If you are unable to attend during this time, there will be an opportunity in the first week of Term 1 for this to take place.
Getting to St John Paul II independently is encouraged. There are several public transport options to utilise whether you are travelling to the Schofields or Nirimba Campus. Please see the Busways page for School Bus Timetables and information on Student Travel and Opal Cards.

School Fees are issued by Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) via email and are split into in 3 instalments which cover all 4 School Terms.
Invoice 1 - Issued Mid Feb (Term 1)- Due 30 Days Later - Mid March
Invoice 2 - Issued Early May (Term 2) - Due 30 Days Later - End of May
Invoice 3 - Issued Mid July (Term 3) - Due 30 Days Later - Mid August
Year 7 Camp fees are listed on Invoice 1
Year 12 Retreat fees are spread over the 3 Invoices issued when your child is in Year 11. Students attend Retreat in Term 4 when they commence the Year 12 Course
Payment of the fees can be made online using the Online Payment Portal BPOINT or setting up a Flexible Payment Plan, or via EFTPOS (at College Reception). Please note the College does not accept Cash. Cash payments can however be made at the Post Office.
The College is Cashless. No Cash is accepted or held on the premises.
To facilitate fundraising activities and special events, SJPII Tokens are used. Throughout the year students use approximately 20-30 SJPII Tokens.
Purchasing the SJPII Tokens via the Qkr! App.
Once the tokens are purchased, students can collect the tokens from the Student Services Desk during their break times the following day.
It is recommended that at the beginning of the year and at the beginning of each term, you ensure your child has a supply of SJPII Tokens.
The Qkr! App is also the way in which some other special payments are made and include but not limited to:

Replacement Student ID Cards
Fees for VET Courses and
Special Events.

Compass is our primary parent communication tool for day-to-day updates, upcoming events and notifications
It is essential that all parents and/or carers download the app when they join our school community.
Every fortnight the College Update is published via the Community Hub (this page) but parents and students are emailed the link via Compass.
All Parents and Carers of Year 7 students will be provided with a list of Year 7 staff contacts. Staff emails are also listed on the Google Classroom that your child is part of.
