Contact Procedures

Parent/Carer contact with the College may be related to a very specific issue or to a complex set of circumstances; but for reasons of courtesy and efficiency, it is best that all communication be made through pastoral and administrative structures already operating within the school. When you telephone the College it will assist Office Staff to refer you to the correct person if you can let them know the year group for your son/daughter and the nature of the matter. It is not necessary to give details to Office staff but let them know if it is about Academic Progress, Well Being, Administration, Sport, Financial or Crisis Matters.

Complaint Procedure

From time to time there may be an issue that requires further understanding. A family may be unhappy with a process, situation or action of a staff member or student. Student complaints are generally managed via school based procedures relating to pastoral care or student management. As always complaints will be managed sensitively and following other Diocesan and College policies such as privacy, safeguarding and procedural fairness.

Complaints of reportable conduct will be managed using the CSDP Safeguarding Procedures found below.
