NIE UCAT Medical Interview Preparation Workshop - Limited Spots! 18-19 April
An intensive medical interview preparation workshop for students who received or are expecting to receive an interview offer for the undergraduate medical schools in Australia. The unique NIE workshop program aims for students to gain an in-depth understanding and required knowledge of the medical interview processes for specific universities, including Multi-station Mini Interview (MMI), structured, and semi-structured panel interviews. The workshop is structured and based on the models that are taught during our proven one-on-one personalised medical interview sessions. The workshop will allow every attendee to learn the required skills and practical understanding for the university from which they received an interview offer.
Year 12 & Early Entry with ADHD 28 May
Year 12 with ADHD can feel overwhelming—for students and parents. Planning is not an easy feat for students with ADHD, and the admin load can be heavy in managing so much information and application processes. So much advice. So many opinions. So little clarity. We try to synthesise and summarise the early entry experience, what to do, and how to plan. You’ll leave with planning strategies and a clearer idea of how it all works—without the panic or pressure.

Early entry applications are now open for 2026! This is a great option for students who are keen to secure an offer early and reduce pressure later in the year. Please note we are having some issues with the application portal not offering 2027 start dates—if your students have applied for the latest offering in 2026, Torrens University will adjust.

NIDA Open is committed to making creativity accessible and offers subsidised tuition to help secondary school students (grades 7-12) and young adults (aged 18-25) nationally, who are experiencing financial hardship or other disadvantage, to achieve their full creative potential. AIE Film Production Workshop 17 April 2026
Learn what it takes to plan and produce a film shoot in this intensive film production workshop. You will get hands-on with cameras, lighting, and the latest in virtual production LED screens. Fee-Free Apprenticeships are a great way for students to launch their careers
There’s never been a better time to start an apprenticeship in NSW. The NSW Government is paying the
course cost for 100,000 new apprenticeships—meaning apprentices undertaking a government-funded
Apprentices no longer face a student fee of up to $2000. Apprenticeships are a great career pathway.
They combine on-the-job training with classroom study to give you the skills and experience employers are looking for. Apprenticeships generally take around 3-4 years to complete, and apprentices earn a salary while they learn. There are more than 120 different apprenticeship courses available in NSW, in a range of industries including construction, cooking, aviation, and automotive.

Our Bright Awards will be opening on 22 April 2026. These awards celebrate student work across a range of disciplines and can be a great opportunity for creative students to gain recognition. Applications will be open until after major works are submitted for any year 12s looking to use their work as their submission this year. Years 10-12 students interested in presenting work in architecture, interiors, fashion and textiles, gaming, photography, and visual arts are encouraged to apply.
