The 2026 Girls in Business (GiB) Camp is a four-day immersive experience designed for female high school students in Years 10 – 12 across NSW who are curious about their future in business. This year, we’re going further.
With the rapid rise of artificial intelligence transforming industries, the 2026 camp is focused on building future-ready skills, equipping students with the mindset, confidence, and capabilities to thrive in an AI-driven world.
Delivered by UNSW Business School in collaboration with industry partners, the GiB Camp gives students a real-world glimpse into what university life is like, exposure to a few of our business disciplines and degree pathways, and the potential career pathways that are open to them:
· Information Systems and Technology Management
· NEW: Accounting, Auditing & Taxation
Across four dynamic days (13 – 16 July 2026), students will explore how these disciplines are evolving through technology, data, and innovation while connecting with inspiring role models and like-minded peers. Our Apprenticeship/Traineeship & Jobs Expos are held annually and have grown to a status where they are widely accepted as the premier events of their kind in NSW. The timing of the expos is a hit with families as they allow parents to attend with their children and have those all-important career chats with industry experts.
The Expos provide our career/job seekers, businesses and industries, education providers, and employers with the opportunity to all come together under the one roof, where exhibitors also get the chance to collect resumes and promote their organisation for upcoming recruitment drives.

Say Yes to the Trades Expo is a trade-focused event designed for high school students who are curious about hands-on careers and the opportunities available in Australia’s growing trade industries. The event brings together training providers, employers, and industry professionals to give students a practical introduction to careers in trades such as electrical, air conditioning and refrigeration, and metal fabrication.
Students attending the event can explore different career pathways, speak directly with employers and industry representatives, and gain a better understanding of what it’s like to work in a skilled trade. Exhibitors will showcase tools, equipment, and technologies used in the industry, helping students see how these careers operate in the real world.
In addition to learning about training and employment opportunities, attendees will also be able to enjoy the entertainment facilities at the venue, making the day both informative and fun. The event is designed to inspire students, answer questions about entering the trades, and help them take their first steps toward a practical and rewarding career.
